He will be responsible for managing the entire Marketing at the Light Upon Light Event.
Fawzan Nismy
He will be responsible for capturing pictures of the events which includes guest arriving and exiting, individual stalls, stalls areas, prayer areas, the main hall, guests on stage, general atmosphere, at the time of prayer etc. The requirement will be to send pictures edited and unedited before the next day so these can be used on Social Media. Share behind-the-scenes glimpses of event preparations and setup. Highlight the efforts of volunteers and organisers, showing the human side of the event.
Muzi Cuzzi
He will be responsible for capturing videos of the events. This will include visuals of the entire process of setting up, attendees arriving at the hall, guests going on and off stage, the main hall area, salaah area, volunteers etc. The requirement will be to have something edited before the next day. Share behind-the-scenes glimpses of event preparations and setup. Highlight the efforts of volunteers and organisers, showing the human side of the event.
Yusuf Yunus & Team
He will be responsible for posting the images and videos received on to Social Media stories on both the Eman Channel and Knowledge1stUK Account. He will also be resposible for ensuring the Live Stream is working well for the London Events and thumbnails have been set correctly. Other responsibilities include ensuring correct promotion has gone out for the event live-streaming and using Social Media to encourage people to tune in. Keep the momentum going by sharing insights and takeaways from the event. Encourage attendees to continue discussions and share their learnings on social media. Gather feedback from attendees and online participants to improve future coverage. Prepare a Mailshot and form questions Create a unique event hashtag and encourage attendees to use it when posting about the events. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions. Tag event sponsors and speakers. After the event, gather feedback from the social media followers.
Shaheer Alam
He will be responsible to ensure the website is updated with the Live Streaming and correct any information packs if they require editing etc.
Bedreddin Mustafa
He will be responsible for creating the thumbnails for the lectures for YouTube and Snippets.
Other Volunteers (Men and Women)
These volunteers will be responsible for calling people towards the Eman Channel Stall, controlling the crowd near the stall areas, taking notes from lectures and capturing images and videos for Social Media.
4 Video Editors
These video editors will be responsible to cut snippets from the full lectures of the videos.
Ruqaya
Capture live updates, including guests, lectures and special moments. Use Instagram Stories, Facebook, Twitter etc. Encourage attendees to share their experiences by tagging the social media profiles.

By Train  

It takes a little over two hours to reach Manchester from London and Manchester also has direct connections to most major UK cities. Services arrive at Piccadilly or Victoria stations where passengers can connect with Metrolink trams for easy access to the city centre.
