Please rebook your entire order with the correct details within 48 hours from the time the incorrect booking was made. We are unable to make partial refunds / amendments to a booking once you have completed purchase. Once you have rebooked, e-mail us on info@lightuponlight.org.uk and we will refund your original order

Yes, another person can attend on your behalf as long as the ticket type is correct.
All our tickets as per the terms and conditions agreed prior to purchasing are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable only to the same type.
No, you will need to rebook your ticket for the correct event. You must rebook your ticket within 48 hours of the incorrect booking, please e-mail us on info@lightuponlight.org.uk and we will refund your original order inshaAllah
