Address
The green arrow represents the entrance to the Capital Hall, where the stalls area is located and merchandise can be offloaded. Yes! You can bring in your vehicle to offload.
If you choose to bring your vehicle inside to offload, you must remove your vehicle immediately after unloading and before setting up your stall.

Content Submission & Stage Timings:
To ensure a smooth presentation during the event, we kindly request that you upload your video and stage content by the 22nd of December. Additionally, you can expect to be notified about your specific stage time as we approach the event date.
Ticket Requirements:
In terms of entry and seating arrangements, please send over your ticket requirements to j.hussain@emanchannel.tv by the 28th of December. This will help us ensure that your team and guests are well-accommodated during the event.

You are expected to arrive at the time schedule above.

You will be issued with all the required passes and shown to your allocated stall space
If you require a parking space (except London venues) to offload and load your vehicle and wish to park on site, then please provide your vehicle detail via email to j.hussain@emanchannel.tv no later than the 27th of December.
If you are going to be using a van then this needs to be either diesel or electric
