Nusuk Hajj is the one-stop-shop platform overseen by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, that offers pilgrims from serviced countries a variety of Hajj packages, provided by authorized service providers, ensuring a seamless Hajj experience. Registering on the Nusuk Website is mandatory.

When the packages go Live, it is important for those who have registered on Nusuk to find the package on the portal. The details of how to find the package will be announced nearer to the time. Booking on a Hajj package is on a first-come-first-served basis. Continue to follow updates on timeframes of the Hajj booking procedures on the Telegram Group:

Registration

Registering on the Nusuk platform does not mean that you will be accepted for Hajj. Packages and payment will be available at a later time.

The submitted data will be verified by the Nusuk Team and you will be notified of updates via the portal.

Temporary visas, such as student visas or Schengen visas, are not accepted. You must be a citizen or a resident of one of the targeted countries for this year.

The list of serviced countries can be found on the ‘Serviced Country’ tab on the Nusuk Website. You also have the option to apply for domestic Hajj either through this link: https://localhaj.haj.gov.sa/ or by using the Nusuk app.

Yes, the mahram is not mandatory via the Nusuk Platform

Yes, pilgrims under the age of 12 are not accepted for Hajj this year 1446 AH – 2024 AD via Nusuk.

You cannot; you must create a new account for this year via the Nusuk Website.
Yes, you can delete your account on Nusuk by clicking on the ‘Delete Account’ in your profile. However, please ensure to withdraw any remaining balance in your eWallet and delink or delete family members to proceed with deleting your account. By doing so, all records and data will be deleted permanently on the Nusuk Website.

Family Members

Yes, you can add family members during registration by entering their email addresses, and they will receive a verification code that they have to share with you.
Yes, you can delete a family member, and by doing so, all records and data will be deleted permanently. If the family member has their own account, you can only delink them without deleting it.
When adding your family through your platform account, you can perform Hajj together. As the admin of your family group, you will be responsible for selection, eWallet funding, and payment of the package cost for both yourself and your family members.
Yes, you can log in using the email used to add you as a family member, access the platform, and view details of your account and package.
The maximum number of family members that you can add is 7.
Family members must be in the same country of residence as you.
Yes, you can log in using the email used to add you as a family member, then go to the ‘My Family’ section. You will find an icon to delink yourself from your family, then your account will be separated from the family admin, becoming an independent account.
Yes, you can transfer the account authority of your account to one of your family members on ‘My Family’ section. By selecting the ‘Transfer Authority’ icon to the family member, they will receive a request in their notifications. Upon acceptance, you will lose the authority of managing the family and selecting and purchasing packages.
Yes, you can delink a family member, and by doing so, all records and data will be deleted permanently. They will become an independent account unconnected to yours.

Nusuk Hajj offers a wide variety of Hajj packages to cater to the different needs of pilgrims. These packages range from all-inclusive packages to Mashair packages, which only include basic services within the sacred Mashair (Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat).
Choosing the package category allows you easy access to the package that suits your preferences when made available.
There is no lottery, booking this year will be based on a first-come-first-served basis.
